Who we are

Mill Place Works is a trading name used by Akop Gulushanian, based in Kingston upon Thames, London. For any privacy question, email gulushanian@gmail.com or call 07779 442622.

This site doesn't submit forms

The enquiry builder does not send anything to a server. When you choose “Open email draft”, your device opens your own email app with a pre-written message. Nothing is sent until you press send there. You can also copy the text and send it however you like.

What's stored in your browser

Items, quantities, notes and any details you type into the enquiry builder are saved in your browser's storage until you clear them, so your list is still there if you come back. If you arrive from a link with campaign tags, the source and campaign name are saved with it and included in the email draft. This stays on your device; use “Clear enquiry” to remove it at any time, or clear your browser's site data.

No analytics or advertising trackers

This site doesn't use analytics, advertising cookies, tracking pixels or social media trackers. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives standard technical request data (such as your IP address) to deliver them.

How enquiry emails are used

• Enquiries are processed to respond to you and take steps you request before an agreed contract (such as preparing a quote), and to fulfil an order once agreed.
• Your information is never sold.
• If you receive an occasional follow-up you don't want, reply “no thanks” and you won't be contacted for marketing again.
• Enquiry records are kept for up to 12 months, unless an order or a legal obligation (for example, tax records) requires keeping them longer.

Pilot outreach to businesses

• During this pilot, Mill Place Works may send relevant business-to-business introductory messages using published corporate contact details taken from the business's own website.
• Where those details involve personal data, the lawful basis is legitimate interests in introducing a relevant business service.
• You can opt out at any time by replying “no thanks”; this takes effect immediately.
• A minimal suppression record (such as the email address and the date of the objection) is kept only so that you are not contacted again.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information held about you, or object to its use, by contacting gulushanian@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
